老年社区获得性肺炎106例临床诊治分析

目的：分析老年社区获得性肺炎的临床特点,探讨其临床诊断和治疗方法.方法：2007年7月-2010年6月,对我院收治的106例老年社区获得性肺炎患者的临床资料进行分析.结果：本组106例患者发生并发症42例,占39.62% 全组患者治疗有效人数98例（92.5%）,因病情加重转院治疗6例（5.6%）,死亡2例（1.9%）.结论：老年社区获得性肺炎患者基础疾病多,临床表现不典型,在治疗时应注意并发症的发生,采用联合疗法.

Clinical analysis for elderly Community--acquired pneumonia of 106 cases Chen Fengling

Objective：Analyse the clinical features of Community acquired pneumonia in older patients, and investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： In July 2007 - June 2010,the clinical data of 106 cases of elderly patients with community--acquired pneumonia were analyzed. Results：42 cases of 106 patients had complications, accounting for 39.62% ; effectively treated of total number of patients were 98 eases （92.5 %） ,referral for treatment of exacerbations in 6 cases （5.6%）, 2 cases died （1.9%）. Conclusion： Elderly patients with community--acquired pneumonia based disorders,the clinical manifestation is not typical, we should pay attention to the occurrence of complications in the treatment, and give combined therapy.
