子宫内膜间质肉瘤临床病理特点

目的：探讨LESS的临床病理特征,诊断及鉴别诊断.方法：对标本进行病理形态学和免疫组织化学观察.结果：本例子宫内膜间质肉瘤为低度恶性,临床表现为阴道流血及下腹部胀痛,病理形态学见肿瘤细胞呈不规则形舌状及岛状浸润,瘤细胞突入淋巴管、血管内生长.免疫组化CD10,Vim,ER,PR 阳性.结论：内膜间质细胞具有多向分化的特点,使LGESS呈现多样的组织形态,要结合组织病理形态,免疫组织化学染色和临床资料对其进行诊断和鉴别诊断.
