粗针穿刺活检在高危乳腺肿块患者诊断中的应用

目的：研究粗针穿刺活检（CNB）高危乳腺肿块中的临床价值.方法：对临床诊断高危乳腺肿块行CNB病理结果分析.结果：送检64例穿刺病理结果.分别：乳腺增生5例;乳腺癌52例;慢性炎症4例;乳腺纤维瘤3例.穿刺与切除术后病理符合率95.3%;漏诊3例,占4.7%.结论：CNB是一种操作简单,损伤小,准确可靠的诊断方法,在高危乳腺肿块诊断中有很大的应用价值.
