五苓散出自张仲景之〈伤寒论〉.原为治太阳表邪未解,内传太阳之腑,以致膀胱气化不利,遂成太阳经腑同病之蓄水证而设.本方由茯苓、泽泻、猪苓、白术、桂枝组成.具有利水渗湿,温阳化气之功效.临床主要用于治疗水湿内停之水肿等证.笔者应用本方治疗新生儿黄疸、婴幼儿腹泻、婴儿湿疹、小儿睾丸鞘膜积液等儿科疾患,屡获良效.
