| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后并发症的观察及护理.方法： 回顾性分析489例前列腺增生患者应用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后出现并发症的29例临床资料,总结出现并发症的原因及相应的护理对策.结果：主要并发症包括膀胱痉挛6例 出血10例 尿道狭窄3例 急迫性尿失禁4例 尿路感染6例.经积极治疗和护理,均痊愈出院.结论：了解经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后并发症的临床特点,有助于护理人员对经尿道前列腺等离子电切术后患者进行有针对性的病情观察和护理.

| Abstract: | Objective： Discussion after urethra prostate gland plasma electrotomy complication observation and nursing. Methods：The review anal- ysis 489 example prostate gland proliferation patient applies after the urethra prostate gland plasma electrotomy appears the complication 29 example clinical material, summarizes appears the complication the reason and the corresponding nursing countermeasure. Results：Main complication including cystospasm 6 examples;Bleeds 10 examples; Urethral stricture 3 examples;Urgent urine incontinence 4 examples;The urine road infects 6 examples. After treats positively and nurses,convalesces the out of hospital. Conclusion： The understanding after the urethra prostate gland plasma electrotomy the complication clinical characteristic,is helpful in the nursing staff to passes through the urethra prostate gland plasma electrotomy future trouble to carry on has the pointed condition observation and nursing. |
