中西医结合方法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果观察

目的： 观察应用中西医结合方法治疗消化性溃疡的临床治疗效果.方法：2006年7月～2009年8月我科共收治88例消化性溃疡患者,根据随机原则分成观察组45例、对照组43例.对照组采用常规西药三联疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上给予针灸治疗.随访3～6个月比较两组治疗效果及复发情况.结果：88例患者中总有效治愈83例,总治愈率为94.32%,其中观察组45例,总有效治愈43例,治愈率95.56%;对照组43例,总有效治愈35例,治愈率为81.40%.两组治愈率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.所有患者均得到随访,随访3个月～6个月.观察组有1例患者胃溃疡溃疡复发,复发率2.22%;对照组有1例患者十二指肠溃疡复发,复发率为2.33%.两组复发率比较无显著性意义（P〈0.05）.结论：在西医三联治疗消化性溃疡的基础上进行天枢、下脘、足三里等穴位的中医针灸治疗,具有良好的临床治疗效果.

Methods：In July,2006 -2009 year in August my branch altogether admits 88 example digestive ulcer patient,divides into the observation group 45 examples,the control group 43 examples according to the stochastic principle. The control group uses the conventional western medicine three joint therapy treatments,the observation group gives the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in this foundation. Makes a follow--up visit for 3-6 months to compare two group of treatment results and the recrudescence situation. Results：In 88 example patients always effectively cures 83 exam- pies, the total cure rate is 94.32%,in which observation group 45 examples, always effectively cure 43 examples, the cure rate 95.56 % ; The control group 43 examples,always effectively cure 35 examples,the cure rate are 81.40%. Two group of cure rate comparisons have the significance difference（P〈0.05）. All patients obtain the revisit,makes a follow--up visit 3 month for -6 months. The observation group has 1 example patient gastric ulcer ulcer recrudescence, the recurrence rate 2.22 %;The control group has 1 example patient duodenal ulcer recrudescence, the recurrence rate is 2. 33%. Two groups of recurrence rates compare the non--significance significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Carries on the dubhe, the pylorus, the foot three miles at in the doctor practicing western medicine three association treatment digestive ulcer foundation and so on the acupuncture point Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treatments,has the good clinical treatment result.
