小蓟饮子配合膀胱冲洗治疗经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后血尿40例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨小蓟饮子配合膀胱冲洗治疗经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后血尿的临床疗效.方法：选取我院40例经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后并发出血的患者,其中男25例,女15例,将患者随机分成治疗组和对照组两组.治疗组20例,采用小蓟饮子配合膀胱冲洗治疗方法 对照组20例,采用0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml以及止血敏注射液2g静脉滴注,一日两次.结果：采用小蓟饮子配合膀胱冲洗治疗方法的治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组.结论：小蓟饮子配合膀胱冲洗治疗经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后血尿的临床疗效真实、可靠,值得临床推广使用.
