医用生物蛋白胶在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用

目的：探讨医用生物蛋白胶在预防乳腺癌术后皮下积液中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2004-2010年收治的185例乳腺癌手术治疗患者，随机分成两组，实验组76例，对照组109例。实验组标本切除后耸予止血、引流、创面喷洒医用生物蛋白胶并加压包扎。对照组切除标本后常规止血、引流、加压包扎，创面不喷洒医用生物蛋白胶。结果：实验组第1天引流量度总引流量均较对照组减少，拔管时间及住院时同较对照组明显减少。结论：乳腺癌治疗中应用医用生物蛋白胶，能有效减少创面渗泣量，降低皮下积液发生率，缩短拔管时间和住院天教。

Medical biology protein adhesive improves in the root governing skill at breast cancer the application

Objective：Discusses the medical biological protein adhesive after the prevention breast cancer technique in the hypodermic product fluid clinical practice value. Methods：The review analysis 2004-2010 year admitting 185 example breast cancer surgeries treat the patient,divides into two groups stochastically,the experimental group 76 examples, the control group 109 examples. Results：The experimental group 1st day drainage quantity and the total drainage quantity compare the control group to reduce,the cupping time and in hospital time compare the control group obvious reduction. Conclusion：Breast cancer treats applies the medical biological protein adhesive,can reduce the injured area to infiltrate the liquid volume effectively, reduces the hypodermic product fluid formation rate, reduces the cupping time and in hospital number of days.
