顺尔宁辅助治疗毛细支气管炎临床分析

目的：观察顺尔宁辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效.方法：将82例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成两组,对照组给予常规抗病毒、对症支持治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用顺尔宁治疗.观察2组喘憋缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间及住院天数.结果：治疗组7天内总有效率为90.0%,对照组为67.0%,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05 ）.治疗组喘憋、咳嗽、肺部哮鸣音的消失时间、平均住院时间都明显短于对照组（P〈0.05 ） 结论：顺尔宁辅助治疗毛细支气管炎对改善患儿的喘憋症状及减轻肺部体征有明显的疗效,并能缩短住院时间.
