推拿加热敏灸治疗梨状肌综合征临床观察

目的： 观察推拿加热敏灸治疗对梨状肌综合征的临床疗效.方法：将60例梨状肌综合征患者分成推拿加热敏灸治疗组30例和热敏灸对照组30例,一个疗程后评价疼痛缓解的程度.结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.4%、83.3%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：推拿加热敏灸治疗梨状肌综合征优于热敏灸治疗.
