炎琥宁注射液治疗外感高热症疗效观察

目的：探讨炎琥宁注射液治疗外感高热症的疗效。方法：将215例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予炎琥宁注射液治疗,对照组予刺巴韦林注射液治疗,均入液静滴,两组治疗第一天体温达38．5℃者均予复方氨基比林针肌注,观察两组用药后退热及咽痛、咳嗽等短状的变化。结果：冶疗组总有效率91．3％,对照组总有效率74％,两组比较差异有显著性。治疗组与对照组在疗效和退热、咽痛改善方面有显著性差异。结论：炎琥宁注射液治疗外感高热症有较好疗效。
