炎琥宁注射液治疗外感高热症疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨炎琥宁注射液治疗外感高热症的疗效。方法:将215例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予炎琥宁注射液治疗,对照组予刺巴韦林注射液治疗,均入液静滴,两组治疗第一天体温达38.5℃者均予复方氨基比林针肌注,观察两组用药后退热及咽痛、咳嗽等短状的变化。结果:冶疗组总有效率91.3%,对照组总有效率74%,两组比较差异有显著性。治疗组与对照组在疗效和退热、咽痛改善方面有显著性差异。结论:炎琥宁注射液治疗外感高热症有较好疗效。

Abstract:Objective:Discussion inflammation amber rather inoculation fluid treatment external disease factors high hot symptoms curative effect. Methods:Divides into the treatment group and the control group stochastically 215 example patients,the treatment group gives the inflammation amet rather inoculation fluid treatment, the control group gives Layman the welling inoculation fluid treatment, enters the fluid static drop, two groups treat the first day body temperature to reach 38.5℃gives the compound prescription aminopyrine needle intermuseular injection,after observes two groups of medications to bring down a fever and symptom and so on pharyngalgia,cough changes. Results:Smelts cures the group total effectiveness 91.3% ,control group total effectiveness 74% ,two group of comparison differences have the significance. The treatment group and the control group and bring down a fever, pharyngalgia in the curative effect improve the aspect to have the significance difference. Conclusion: Inflammation amber rather inoculation fluid treatment external disease factors high hot symptoms have the good curative effect.
