探讨早发型重度子痫前期转归

目的：探讨早发型重度子痫前期的临床转归.方法：分析96例重度子痫患者的临床资料,按发病孕周将患者分为：孕≤32周50例（early onset severe pre-eclampsia,EOSP组）;孕＞32周46例（late onset severe pre-eclampsia,LOSP组）.主要分析指标：发病孕周、终止妊娠孕周、孕周延长时间、孕妇严重并发症、围产儿死亡率.结果：两组孕妇并发症发生率、围产儿死亡率差异有显著性（P＜0.05）;早发型组保守治疗时间为（4.1±3.5）天,晚发型组为（2.8±3.1）天,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论：早发型重度子痫前期发病早、病情重,对母儿危害极大,恰当的围产期管理是治疗成功的关键.
