银杏达莫注射液治疗脑腔隙性梗死临床疗效分析

目的：观察药物银杏达莫注射液治疗脑腔隙性梗死的临床疗效及安全性.方法：选择2008年8月～2010年7月在我院诊治的急性脑腔隙性梗死患者共120例,全组患者随机分为两组,对照组患者采用西医常规对症治疗方法,治疗组患者在西医常规治疗基础上给予银杏达莫注射液治疗 治疗后分别观察两组临床疗效及神经功能缺损的改变.结果：治疗组患者治疗后临床疗效明显好于对照组（P〈0.05） 治疗组在改善患者的神经功能缺损程度方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且未见明显不良反应.结论：银杏达莫治疗脑腔隙性梗死临床疗效确切,可显著改善脑梗死患者血液的高黏状态,值得临床上进一步推广和应用.

The Clinical analysis of Yinxingdamo Injection for cerebral lacunar infarction

Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of Yinxingdamo injection for lacunar infarction. Methods;In August 2008 - July 2010, we chose 120 cases in my hospital with acute cerebral lacunar infarction,all patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group treated with conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment,treatment group were given Yinxingdamo injection based on conventional therapy in Western medicine;after the treatment and the clinical efficacy and changes in neurological impairment were observed. Results：The clinical efficacy in treatment group after treatment was better than the control group （P d0.05） ;patients in treatment group in improving neurologic impairment was higher than the control group （P d0.05）, and had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion; Yinxingdamo for cerebral lacunar infarction is effective, it can significantly improve the high blood viscosity in patients with cerebral infarction state,is worthy of further promotion and application.
