实习护生被针刺伤现状的调查分析

目的：为了解实习护生被针刺伤意外的发生率、发生原因及相关环节，探讨防护措施。方法：采用问卷法随机抽取172名实习护生进行为期6个月的回顾性调查夏追踪调查。结果：100％的实习护生均有针刺伤意外经历，与针刺伤意外相关的操作主要有割锯、掰安瓿瓶（加药时）、重套针帽、分离夏处理钟头等（统称针刺伤）。绪论：实习护生被针刺伤意外的发生频率较高。医院管理部门应加强实习护生的自我防护意识教育，加强安全操作技能训练，以减低实习护生被刺伤，保障职业安全。
