三种方法治疗小儿腹泻病210例的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨蒙脱石散口服或保留灌肠两种不同给药途径治疗小儿腹泻病的疗效.方法：回顾性分析我院210例小儿腹泻患儿的临床资料.结果：常规治疗的基础上口服蒙脱石散组总有效率为91.4%;常规治疗的基础上加蒙脱石散保留灌肠组总有效率为97.1%;仅接受常规治疗组总有效率为74.3%.使用蒙脱石散治疗的两组其总有效率和常规治疗组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：蒙脱石散辅助治疗腹泻病可以提高常规治疗的疗效,给药途径可以不局限于传统的口服给药.
