上消化道出血的100例临床诊治体会

目的：探讨上消化道出血的临床诊治体会.方法：采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院2006年9月-2009年9月收治的100例上消化道出血的患者,依据治疗方式的不同将所有患者随机分为治疗组（兰索拉唑治疗组50例）和对照组（氨甲环酸治疗组50例）,比较两组的疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果：兰索拉唑治疗上消化道出血的有效率90%明显高于氨甲环酸的有效率68%,比较有明显差异性（P〈0.05）;而且氨甲环酸治疗组的头痛、恶心、腹泻的发生率均高于兰索拉唑治疗组（P〈0.05）;两组患者均未发生反复出血症状.结论：兰索拉唑治疗上消化道出血起效快,安全系数大,不良反应小,疗效肯定,有较好的应用前景.

Results：Blue Zola zuo treats the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage effectiveness 90 % to be higher than the ammonia armor naphthenic acid obviously effectiveness 68%, compared with has the obvious difference （P〈0.05） ;Moreover the ammonia armor naphthenic acid treatment group＇s headache, disgusting, the diarrhea formation rate is higher than the blue Zola zuo treatment group （P〈0.05） ;Two group of patients have not occurred bleed the symptom repeatedly. Conclusion： Blue Zola zuo treats the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage effect to be quick,the safety coefficient is big, responds not good slightly, the curative effect affirmed, has the good application prospect.
