甲硝唑外用剂治疗牙周炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨用甲硝唑外用剂治疗牙周炎的可行性.方法：门诊选择成人牙周炎患者46例随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予内服甲硝唑,每次0.2～0.4g,7 天1个疗程,实验组于牙周袋内置1～1.2cm甲硝唑牙用药膜,4天为一疗程.结果：实验组在治疗前后,牙龈指数、松动度、牙龈出血指数等各指标指数明显好转,差异均有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）,牙周袋深度指标治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）.对照组各指标也有好转,但除龈炎指数外,其他指标差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）.实验组在治疗后有效率达95.7%,明显优于对照组的82.6%.结论：甲硝唑外用剂治疗牙周炎疗效高,副作用小,明显优于内服甲硝唑治疗.

The experimental group effectiveness reaches 95.7 % after the treatment,surpasses the control group obviously 82.6 %. Conclusion： The armor niter zuo external use medicinal preparation treats the parodontitis curative effect to be high, the side effect is small, surpasses the internal medicine armor niter zuo treatment obviously.
