手术治疗儿童不稳定性肱骨髁上骨折81例

目的：讨论81例儿童不稳定性肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法：81例均采用C臂X光机透视下闭合整复或手术开放复住、交叉克氏针内固定,术中解剖复住,保留尺骨嘴窝的完整性。结果：本组2例并发轻度肘内翻,随访时间最长5年,优良率为97．5％,骨折均愈合,肘关节功能均恢复。绪论：通过本组81例手术治疗,认为手术精确复位骨折端、骨折牢固固定、早期功能锻炼是预防并发症的重要因素,可显著降低肘内翻等并发症的发生。
