子宫动脉血流阻力评分与妊娠高血压综合症及妊娠结局相关性超声研究

摘    要:目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对妊高症妇女子宫动脉血流阻力评分及与妊娠结局的相关性。方法:选择妊娠20-40孕周妊娠妇女206例,分别测量双侧子宫动脉PI、RI、S/D值,并根据测值及子宫动脉是否有舒张早期切迹进行评分。按评分分组,将评分结果与妊娠结局进行相关性比较。结果:子宫动脉评分≥4分组,发生妊娠高血压综合症的比例明显高于正常对照组,同时,该组新生儿出生体重明显小于0分组,而出生后1min评分小于7分、以及出生时面罩吸氧的比例明显高于0分组和1~3分组。结论:经彩色多普勒可以通过观察子宫动脉血流阻力情况并评分预测妊娠结局。

Abstract:Objective:To study the uterine arterial score of pregnant women induced hypertension syndrome and to explore the association to the adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods:In 206 pregnant women,the uterine arterial score was test on both 20~40 week's gestation. The parameters of the test according to RI,PI,S/D and early diastolic notch. We divided the pregnant women into three groups. The scores were compared with the pregnancy outcomes. Results:The pregnant women induced hypertension syndrome in group A (uterine arterial scrore ≥4) was higher than those other two groups, but the birth weight was lower than those group B and C. 1 minute Apgar scores〈7 ,resuscitation with mask in group A were higher than those the of other two groups. Conclusions:Color Doppler velocity waveforms of bilateral uterine arteries can be evaluated with the uterine artery score,which possesses high predictive value regarding adverse P pregnancy outcomes.
