33例重症肺炎和急性左心衰竭的临床分析

目的：探讨重症肺炎和急性左心衰竭的治疗效果.方法：对33例重症肺炎、急性左心衰患者入院后的诊断、治疗方法及结果进行分析.结果：肺部感染组22例患者,16例（73%）肺部感染得到控制、心功能得以改善 4例行机械通气,1例成功撤机 2例死亡 左心衰组11例患者,8例（73%）治疗后出院,3例死亡.结论：以肺部感染为主合并急性左心衰者以足量抗生素,联同强心、利尿和扩血管药疗效较好 以急性左心衰为主合并肺感染者以改善心功能,适当使用抗生素治疗效较好 如呼吸衰竭,可行机械通气.
