腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术34例临床报告

目的： 探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切除术的手术要点及临床应用体会.方法：对2009年2月～2010年2月间34例子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌瘤、功血等有子宫切除指征的患者行腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切除术.结果：手术成功率97.1%,一例中转开腹.平均手术时间110min（80～140min）,术中平均出血140ml（100～300ml）,术后住院5～7天,平均7天出院.结论：腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切除术患者创伤小,瘢痕轻,肠道干扰少,病情恢复快,可在基层医院推广应用.
