| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨记忆合金聚髌器（NT-PC）治疗髌骨骨折的临床应用效果.方法： 应用NT-PC治疗髌骨骨折62例.结果： 随访6-18个月,平均13个月.X线片示髌骨关节面达到解剖复位及骨性愈合.平均愈合时间11周.本组62例 其中优48例 良11例 中2例 差1例.优良率95.1%.结论： 应用NT-PC治疗髌骨骨折,具有损伤小,固定坚固,良好的生物相容性,适应症广泛,术后并发症少等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective：The discussion memory alloy gathers bin the （NT--PC） treatment whirhone bone fracture clinical practice effect. Methods.. Using NT--PC treatment whirbone bone fracture 62 examples. Results：Makes a follow--up visit for 6--18 month,the average 13 months. X piece shows the whirbone facies articularis to achieve the dissection replacement and the osseous cicatrization. Average cicatrization time 11 weeks. This group of 62 examples;In which superior 48 examples;Good Ⅱ examples;2 examples;Difference 1 example. Fine rate 95. 1%. Conclusion： Using the NT--PC treatment whirbone bone fracture, has damages slightly, fixed firm, the good biological compatibility, the indication is widespread, after tech- nique complication few and so on merits. |
