目的：探讨沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效 方法：将160名患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,对照组单用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入.其他综合疗法相同 结果：治疗组在经过治疗后缺氧、气促等症状明显改善,肺部哮鸣音在消失时间上明显短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05） 结论：沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入对治疗小儿哮喘疗效显著、起效快、副作用少,是治疗小儿哮喘的重要治疗方法.
