| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝硬化患者血清总胆汁酸(TBA)测定的临床意义。方法:收集92例肝硬化患者的肝功能资料,比较TBA与其他肝功能指标的敏感性差异。结果:肝硬化组的TBA显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),肝硬化ChildPlughA级与B、C级间TBA差异有显著性(P<0.01),但B、C组间差异无显著性(P>0.05),TBA的阳性率也显著高于其他肝功能指标(P<0.01)。结论:TBA是反映肝硬化患者侧支循环的有价值指标,也是反映肝细胞损害的敏感性指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate clinical significance of total bile acid(TBA) in determing cirrhosis.Methods:We collected the data of liver function of 92 cirrohosis patients and compared sensitive difference between TBA and other indexes.Results:TBA was higher in cirrohosis group than in healthy control groups ( P< 0.01).There was a significant difference between Grade A,B and C ( P< 0.01),whereas no significant difference between Grade B and C was found ( P> 0.05),and TBA showed a higher positive rate than other indexes ( P< 0.01).Conclusion:TBA is not only a valuable index reflecting collateral circulation in cirrhosis patients but also one of sensitive indexes reflecting the damage of liver cell. |
