恶性腹膜间皮瘤的诊治体会

目的：探讨恶性腹膜间皮瘤的诊治新法。方法：回顾、分析了8例患者的临床表现、实验室检查、特殊检查和其他诊断手段以及治疗方法。结果：行B超、CT腹水检查有阳性发现，有的以剖腹探查确诊。该8例病人中只有1例生存超过两年，余均在一年内死亡。结论：目前恶性腹膜间皮瘤的诊断尚无特异方法。腹水检查，腹腔镜活检有很大价值。治疗及预后与该病的生物学特性有关。组织病理呈局限型者预后较好，弥漫型则很差。

Experience of diagnosis and treatment for malignant peritoneum mesothelioma

Objective:To explore the new methods of diagnosis and treatment for malignant peritoneum mesothlioma(MPM). Methods:8 cases about the clinical feature,lab checking special checking and other diagnosis procedures and the methods for treatment were retrospectedand analyzed. Results: B-ul trasonic, CT, the ascites were founded to be positive with quite a few cases. Several cases were earned to last diagnosis by abdominal incision and probing. For the 8 cases, Only one survived two years, the others were all dead in one year.Conclusion:There are no special diagnosis measures for MPM up to now.The ascites,laparoscope are valuable.The effect for remedy and prognosis has something to do with its biological character, the prognosis is a little better if the histopathology is localized, Yet the diffusion is dreadful.
