宫腔内人工授精355个周期临床分析

目的选择311对患者355个周期的宫腔内人工授精[IUI]进行临床疗效分析.方法按自然周期、克罗米芬（CC）＋补佳乐＋HCG、克罗米芬（CC）＋HMG＋HCG、HMG＋HCG分为四组进行围排卵期IUI技术比较.结果311对患者进行355个周期IUI,自然周期182个,有22例妊娠率12.09%;克罗米芬（CC）＋补佳乐＋HCG组97个周期,有26例妊娠,妊娠率26.80%;克罗米芬（CC）＋HMG＋HCG组31个周期,有10例妊娠,妊娠率32.26%;HMG＋HCG组45个周期,有7例妊娠,妊娠率15.56%.结论使用促排卵药物,尤其克罗米芬（CC）＋HMG＋HCG组,诱发排卵数目较多,子宫内膜适中,妊娠率高.

Clinical analysis of 355 cycles of intrauterine insemination.

Objective To study the effects of 355 cycles of intrauterine insemination in 311 patients. Methods 311 cases were divded into four groups; natural cycle group, domiphere citrate (CC)+ progynova+human chorionic gonadotrop(HCG) group, CC+human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG)+HCG group and HMG+HCG group. Results IN natural cycle group, there are 22 cases of pregnancy among 182 cycles, the pregnancy rate was 12.09%; In CC+progynora+HCG group. There are 26 cases of pregnancy among 97 cycles, the pregnancy rate was 26.80%; In CC+HMG+HCG group, there are 10 cases of pregnancy among 31 cycles, the pregnancy rate was 32.26%; In HMG+HCG group, there are 7 cases of pregnancy among 45 cycles, the pregnancy rate was 15.56%. Conclusions ovulation can be increased by using medicine of stimulate ovulation, especially by CC+HMG+HCG, and the endometrial thickness is helpful for pregnang rate.
