| 摘 要： | 背景]探讨空心加压螺丝钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床应用价值.病例报告]应用空心加压螺丝钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折21例,全部病人术后随访7～26个月,骨折愈合率为90%,1例患者发生骨不连,1例患者发生股骨头缺血性坏死.讨论]应用空心加压螺丝钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折创伤小,操作简单,可早期进行功能锻炼,有利于骨折愈合及肢体功能恢复.

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND?To evaluate the ~clinical value of applying hollow compression screw fortreatment of fracture of neck of femur.?CASE REPORTS?~21 cases of fracture of neck of femur were treated by internal fixation with hollow compression screw, and following up for 7 to 26 months, and the bone healing rate of was 90%, and 1 case had avascular necrosis of femoral heads and 1 cases of nonunion.?DISCUSSION?The treatment of fracture of neck of femur by internal fixation with hollow compression screw is less traumatic, easy to use, and beneficial to fracture healing and early fuctional recovery. |
