数字平板DSA在下肢静脉造影中的应用价值

目的：探讨数字平板DSA在下肢静脉跟踪造影诊断下肢静脉病变中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析196例（232侧肢体）行数字平板DSA下肢静脉跟踪造影的表现。结果：正常下肢静脉造影26侧肢体（11.2%）,深静脉血栓形成72侧（31.0%）,动脉压迫致使髂静脉回流受阻58侧（25%）,交通静脉瓣膜功能不全29侧（12.5%）,深静脉瓣膜功能不全32侧（13.8%）,静脉瘤样改变15侧（6.5%）。结论：采用数字平板DSA进行下肢静脉造影能够清晰显示下肢静脉病变,对于诊断下肢静脉疾病具有重要的临床意义与应用价值。

Application Value of Digital Flat DSA in Venography of Lower Extremity

Objective To investigate the application value of digital flat DSA in venography of lower extremity in diagnosis of lower extremity venous disease.Methods The findings of the venography of 196 patients（232 lower limbs） in the lower extremity by digital flat DSA were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were normal performances of lower extremity venography in 26 limbs（11.2%）,deep venous thrombosis in 72 limbs（31.0%）,obstruction of iliac venous return caused by external pressure of artery in 58 limbs（25%）,insufficiency of communicative venous valves in 29 limbs（12.5%）,deep venous insufficiency in 32 limbs（13.8%） and venous tumor-like changes in 15 limbs（6.5%）.Conclusion The disease of lower extremity veins can be displayed clearly by using digital flat DSA in venography of lower extremity,which has important clinical significance and application value in diagnosis of lower extremity venous disease.
