摘    要:在空腹和进食条件下分别交叉给9名健康志愿者(男性,平均年龄25±s7a)口服氧氟沙星片2×100mg,采用HPLC法测定经时过程血药和尿药浓度,并计算其药物动力学参数。结果表明:进食对氧氟沙星片剂生物利用度无明显影响,但可延缓该药的吸收。

Abstract:The ofloxacin tablets 2× 100mg were administered to 9 healthy volunteers under the conditions of fasting and after meal in a cross-over time.The HPLC method was used to determine ofloxacin concentrations in serum and urine.The results showed that food had little influence on the bioavailability, but delayed the absorption rate of ofloxacin.The Parameters Tmax in fasting and postprandial were 1.1±0.3 and 2.2± 0.3h(P<0.01).Cmax were 1.9± 0.4 and 1.31± 0.19 mg/ L(P<0.01),AUC0-24 were13± 4 and 11.7±2.4 mg·h/ L(P>0.05) and the amounts of ofloxacin excreted in urine within 24 h were 69%±6%and 67%±4%(P>0.05)respectively.
