丙酸倍氯米松治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床研究

目的　研究丙酸倍氯米松治疗常年变应性鼻炎的效果 ,并探讨其临床作用机制。方法　对 14 1例常年变应性鼻炎患者 ,分别用丙酸倍氯米松 (丙酸倍氯米松组 )和生理盐水喷鼻剂 (对照组 )进行治疗和疗效对比。结果　丙酸倍氯米松组的总有效率为 97 4 5 % ,对照组为 2 1 38% ;丙酸倍氯米松起效时间在 4 5s左右 ,81%维持时间在 3h以上 ;而生理盐水组起效时间 2 3 15 %在 6min左右 ,30 8%维持时间在 3h以内。 4周后 ,丙酸倍氯米松组所查鼻分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞明显减少或消失 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　丙酸倍氯米松缓解症状迅速 ,维持时间长 ,疗效显著 ,安全性好 ,对常年变性鼻炎的治疗极为有效。

Clinical Stydy on Treatment of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis( PAR)by using Beconase

Objective To study the curative effect of Beconase on Perennial Allergic Rhinitis(PAR) and to explore the mechanism of treating PAR.Methods 141 cases were treated with Beconase(Beconase group)and 0.9% NaCl solution spray(control group).Results The total efficiacy of Beconase group in treating PAR is above 97.45% and that of the control group is 21.38%.Initial time of starting effect of Beconase(81%)is in 45 seconds,and that of the control group(mostly 23.15%)is in around 6 minutes.The maintaining curative effect time of Beconase is mostly(81%)beyond around 3 hours and that of the control group is mostly(30.8%)in within 3 hours.After on month,the cosmophilic granulocyte count in nose's secretion of Beconase group is reduced sharply comparing to the control group( P<0.05 ).Conclusion The curative effect of Beconase group is much better than that of the control group in relieving symptoms very soon,maintaining long priod of significant curative effect,as well as being safety characristics.Beconase is one of the most effective medicines in treating PAR.
