健康综合干预对糖耐量减低患者IL-10及hs-CRP的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨糖耐量减低(IGT)患者血清炎症因子白介素-10(IL-10)、高敏c-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平变化及健康综合干预对糖耐量减低患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法:检测正常对照组、IGT非干预组、IGT干预组共90例的空腹血清hs-CRP、IL-10浓度,并对它们进行方差分析,同时检测血糖、血脂、肝功能及胰岛素水平,并采用稳态模型法计算IR I。结果:空腹血清hs-CRP浓度:在IGT非干预组(17 564±16 576μg/L)、IGT干预组(9 378±6 296μg/L)和正常对照组(4 263±1 861μg/L),3组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),IGT非干预组显著高于IGT干预组和正常对照组(P〈0.05)。IL-10浓度:3组分别为IGT非干预组(14.2±6.7 ng/L)、IGT干预组(21.9±10.1 ng/L)和正常对照组(28.7±11.8 ng/L),3组之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),IGT非干预组显著低于IGT干预组(P〈0.05)。结论:IGT患者血清前炎症因子、hs-CRP水平明显升高,IL-10水平明显降低,IGT患者处于慢性低度炎症状态;健康综合干预后、hs-CRP浓度显著下降,IL-10浓度明显升高,健康综合干预可显著改善IGT患者的慢性低度炎症状态。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the serum interleukin-10(IL-10)﹑hs-CRP level change in patients with metabolic syndrome(IGT).Methods:Fasting blood serum IL-10,hs-CRP concentrations were measured from 90 cases,including metabolic syndrome patients without intervention,metabolic syndrome patients with health intervention and control subjects;and fasting insulin(FINS) in all cases for calculating insulin resistance index(homeostasis model assessment,HOMA-IR),analyze the relationship between them.Results:Fasting blood serum hs-CRP concentration in IGT subjects without intervention was higher than that in control subjects and IGT subjects with intervention(P〈0.01);IGT subjects without intervention was higher than that in IGT subjects with intervention(P〈0.05).Fasting blood serum IL-10 concentration in IGT subjects without intervention was lower than that in Control subjects and IGT subjects with intervention(P〈0.01);IGT subjects without intervention was lower than that in IGT subjects with intervention too(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Fasting blood serum hs-CRP levels increased and IL-10 levels decreased in patients with metabolic syndrome(IGT),IGT subjects were in chronic low inflammation.Chronic low inflammation can be improved in metabolic syndrome patients after taking health synthetic intensive intervention.
