慢性前列腺炎患者精液黏度与白细胞数对精液参数变化的影响

目的探讨慢性前列腺炎患者精液黏度、白细胞数对精液参数变化的影响。方法检查106例慢性前列腺炎患者和35例正常生育者的精液，并对2组精液主要参数进行比较。结果106例慢性前列腺炎患者的精液标本中，黏度增高者70例，增高率为66％。黏度增高组精子活动率、a＋b级活动精子百分率分别为（52．40±19．06）％及（40．21±13．81）％，明显低于黏度正常组（P〈0．05或P〈0．001）；精子畸形率，液化时间[分别为（17．03±8．72）％及（20．89±8．02）min]均明显高于黏度正常组（P〈0．001）。2组精液量及精子密度比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论慢性前列腺炎患者精液黏度、白细胞数均可影响精液参数。

Influence of chronic prostatitis patients' semen viscosity and white blood cell's quantity on semen parameter change and fertile status

Objective To explore sperm viscosity and leukocyte and its effect on sperm parameter and fer-tility in chronic prostatitis patients. Methods Sperm specimen in 106 chronic prostatitis patients and 35 people with normal viability were collected. Main parameters of those specimens were detected. Results Seventy specimen among 106 chronic prostatitis patients had a higher viscosity, and the ratio was 66% . In the group of higher viscosi-ty , the rate of activity and percentage of a and b class of active sperm were higher than those in the group of normal viscosity. There was statistically difference between those two groups (P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 001). The rate of terato-spermia and liquefied duration in the group of higher viscosity were significantly higher than those in the group of normal viscosity. There were not significantly difference between those two groups in semen volume and sperm count ( P >0.05 ). Conclusions Sperm viscosity and leukocyte count in chronic prostatitis patients can affect semen pa-rameters without significantly affecting patient's fertility.
