| 摘 要： | 目的:比较左归饮对不同月龄大鼠免疫机能的影响。方法:选择15、25月龄健康雄性SD大鼠,以3月龄青年鼠作为对照。采用放免法测定大鼠血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量。结果:衰老大鼠胸腺体重指数及IL-2、IL-4明显下降,IL-6水平升高,并且变化与月龄有关;左归饮对15月龄大鼠的免疫调节效果较好,对25月龄组作用不及补肾益寿胶囊。结论:左归饮具有一定抗衰老作用;其最佳适应期为老年前期。

| Abstract: | Objective:To test Zuogui Decoction's Immunoregulation Effect on aged rats in different period.Methods: The healthy male aged SD rats were intervened where were 15?25months old.The healthy male aged SD rats were controlled where were 3 months old.Interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6) of the rats in the serum were measured with radioimmusoassay(RIA).Results:The aged rats: IL-2?IL-4 and thymus-weight index are remarkably down,IL-6 are up.The changes are related to age.Zuogui decoction affects the 15 months rats better than the 25 months rats.Conclusion: Zuogui decoction could prevent aging to some degree,which is most suitable in the aging prophase. |
