| 摘 要： | 目的 了解“软双相”抑郁在转相过程中的有关因素以及危险因素。方法 对30例双相抑郁进行回顾性分析。并进行有关因素比较，结果 男性病人，发病年龄小于25岁的病人病程短于相应组别；同时性格内向病人年龄，发病年龄趋向偏小；外向性格和药物都会使转相时间加快。结论 应注意药物和性格在抑郁转相中的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To recognize relative factors and their risk in switched of depression from unipolar to bipolar (soft bipolar). Methods The relative factors was retrospectively analyzed and compared in 30 bipolar depression switched from unipolar. Results (1)Illness duration of male patients and patients with first onset age younger than 25 years are shorter than that of females and those older than 25 years. (2) Age and first onset age of introverts are younger than that of extroverts. (3)Extroversion and antidepressants can promote switching of depression from unipolar to bipolar. Conclusion We should put stress on extroversion and antidepressants in depression switching. |
