包钢知识分子糖尿病的危险因素

目的探讨包钢知识分子糖尿病（OU）的危险因素。方法对包钢35岁以上、初级以上技术职称的知识分子3148人进行问卷调查、体格检查和有关生化指标检测，通过多因素Logistic回归分析，对糖尿病的危险因素进行探讨。结果多因素Logistic回归分析和病因值分析结果显示，年龄、腰臀比值、糖尿病家族史和体育活动的OR值分别为2．040、2．291、3．032和0．730，OR值的95%CI分别为1．721—2．418、1．581—3．320、1．998—4．602和0．571—0．933；其中体育活动、糖尿病家族史、腰臀比的病因分值（EF）分别为-0．4036、0.2011和0．2818。结论年龄、向心性肥胖、糖尿病家族史、体育运动减少是糖尿病的危险因素，加强体育运动为糖尿病的保护性因素。

Risk Factors of Diabetes among the Intellectuals of Baotou Steel Corporation

[ Objective] To explore the risk factors of diabetes among the intellectuals of Baotou Steel Corporation. [ Methods ] 3148 intellectuals who had primary technical post or above aged above 35 were chosen to fill in questionnaire, receive physical examination and relevant biochemical index detection; Logistic regression analysis was made to explore the risk factors of diabetes. [ Resuits] The muhifactor Logistic regression analysis and the etiology values indicated that the CR values of age, waist-hip ratio, family history of diabetes and physical exercise were 1721, 1581, 1998, 0571 and 95% respectively; the CI of them were 2418, 3320, 4602 and 0933 respectively; the EF of physical exercise, family history of diabetes and waist-hip ratio were-04036, 020t 1 and 02818 respectively. [ Conclusion] Age, concentric obesity, family history of diabetes and the lack of physical exercise are the risk factors of diabetes ; the increase of physical exercise is the protective element against diabetes.
