| 摘 要： | 目的：加深对脑脱髓鞘疾病的CT影像认识。材料与方法：5个毒品依赖者，1个在吸毒期间、4个在戒毒后出现脑神经症状和体征来进行CT检查，分析其CT征象及临床资料。结果：5个毒品依赖者表现不同部位、不同程度对称性脑白质脱髓鞘。结论：毒吕依赖者是可以继发脑脱髓鞘疾病的，特别是在戒毒后，其发病机制可能与自身免疫反应有关。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To deepen the realization of myelinoclastic diseases of brain.Materials and Methods:CT examination was performed on 5 drug dependents who had symptoms of central nervous system.In the group,1 cases had CT during drug taking while 4 cases after stopping drug taking.The clinical materials were analysed.Results:Symmetry demyelination of cerebral white matter with various locations and different degrees was demonstrated.Conclusion:Demyelinating encephalopathy may be secondary to drug especially after giving up drug taking.The machine could have some thing to do with self-immunity. |
