舍曲林与阿米替林治疗老年期抑郁症的双盲比较

目的　评价舍曲林对老年期抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法　采用随机双盲对照研究对 37例老年期抑郁症患者分别应用舍曲林与阿米替林治疗 ,用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表 (CGI)和副反应量表 (TESS)评定其疗效和副作用。结果　舍曲林组与阿米替林组HAMD和CGI评分下降无显著差异 ;舍曲林的胆碱能副作用发生率明显低于阿米替林 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　舍曲林疗效与阿米替林相当 ,而舍曲林有耐受性好、副作用小的特点。

Double-blind comparision of sertraline and amitriptyline in treatment for senile depressive disorder

Objective To appraise the efficacy and side effects of sertraline in treatment of senile depressive disorder.Method Thirty seven senile patients with depressive disorder were treated with sertralin and amitriptyline respectively.The therapeutic effects of sertraline were compared with amitriptyline in the double-blind controlled study using HAMD,CGI and TESS.Results There was no significant difference in the reduction of HAMD and CGI in both groups.The incidence of cholinergic effect of sertraline was less than that of amitriptyline.Conclusion Sertraline is an effective antidepressant for senile depressive disorder,and its therapeutic effects(P<0.01) is comparable with amitriptyline with less side effects.
