| 摘 要： | 目的:验证复方甘草口服溶液中吗啡的含量测定方法。方法:采用固相萃取结合高效液相色谱法检测。色谱柱:Kromasil C8(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.0025mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠溶液-乙腈(梯度洗脱);检测波长:220nm;流速:1mL·min-1。结果:吗啡检测浓度在2.02～20.2μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率为99.0%,RSD=0.40%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、灵敏度高、稳定性好,结果准确、可靠。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To validate the determination method of the content of Morphine in Compound Glycyrrhiza oral solution. METHODS： Samples were detected by solid phase extraction- HPLC on Kromasil C8 column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol · L ^-1 KH2PO4- 0.0 025 mol ·L ^-1 C14H15NaO3S · 2H2O - acetonitrile using gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 220 nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml ·min^-1.RESULTS： The linear range of morphine was 2.02-20.2μg · mL^- 1（ r = 0.999 7）,and the average recovery was 99.0%（RSD = 0.40%, n = 9）.CONCLUSION： The method is accurate, sensitive and stable,and accurate and reliable in determination results. |
