| 摘 要： | 目的观察脑心通胶囊对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床治疗效果,并探讨其作用机制.方法 133例CHF病人被随机分成脑心通治疗组68例和洛汀新(盐酸贝那普利)治疗组65例,前者给予脑心通胶囊4粒,每日3次,后者给予洛汀新10 mg,每日1次,两组疗程皆为6个月.治疗后观察病人临床症状体征、心功能参数及心功能分级情况的变化.结果两组病人治疗后临床症状、体征、心功能参数及心功能分级情况较自身治疗前比较有明显改善(P＜0.05),但组间比较两组病人的临床症状、体征、心功能参数及心功能分级改变无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论脑心通胶囊同洛汀新都能有效治疗CHF,阻断和逆转CHF病情发展.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical therapy effect of Tongxinluo capsule on CHF and explore its effect mechanism.Methods 133 CHF patients were divided into Naoxintong treatment group(68 cases) and Lotensin contrast group(65 cases).The treatment group was given Naoxintong capsule 4 grain tidpo and the contrast group was given Lotensin 10mg qdpo.The period of treatment of two groups was 6 months all.After treatment,to observe clinical symptom,physical sign,heart function parameter,and heart function classification.Results Two groups had obvious improvement after treatment than before treatment in those parameters,however two group had no statistics meaning.Conclusion Naoxintong capsuleand Lotensin all had effect on CHF and could resist and reverse CHF development. |
