悬尾慢性应激对小鼠免疫系统的影响

目的]探讨小鼠悬尾慢性应激对免疫系统的影响。方法]将20只小鼠随机分为悬尾应激和正常对照两组，每组10只，并称重，悬尾组小鼠被夹尾悬吊使小鼠处于绝望的慢性应激当中6h／d，共10d；应激结束后再次称重，处死小鼠取脾，计算脾重量指数，观察脾的组织病理学变化。结果]悬尾组小鼠应激前后体重分别为（22．29±1．343）g与（21．82±1．471）g；对照组小鼠实验前后体重分别为（22．26±1．006）g与（22，73±1．302）g，应激后实验组小鼠体重低于对照组小鼠体重（P〈0．05），应激组和对照组小鼠脾重量指数分别为0．40±0．013与0．47±0．029（P〈0.05），脾组织病理学显示悬尾应激组小鼠脾脏红髓比例增大，白髓比例明显减少、脾小体缩小、分布及结构混乱，不规则。结论1悬尾应激模型可用于应激对免疫影响的研究。

Effect of tail suspense chronic stress on mouse immune system
