人直肠癌淋巴管生成相关因子与癌转移关系的探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子C在直肠腺癌淋巴管生成中的作用。方法 用免疫组化SABC染色法观察63例直肠腺癌组织中VEGF-C和淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体1蛋白表达的情况。结果 直肠腺癌组织周边部淋巴管密度比内部明显增高(P〈0.01);直肠腺癌组织周边部VEGF-C阳性细胞数比内部明显增多(P〈0.01)。VEGF-C表达阳性细胞密度和淋巴管密度呈正相关;直肠腺癌组织中VEGF-C异位表达在淋巴管内皮细胞上,而在血管中未见表达,差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论 VEGF-C促进直肠腺癌淋巴管的病理生成,淋巴管生成提示在为肿瘤细胞提供养分的同时,也为肿瘤转移创造了条件。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor-C( VEGF-C)on lymphangiogenesis in adenocarcinoma of rectum. Methods A series of 63 adenocarcinoma of rectum were detected for the expression of VEGF-C and lymphatic vessel endothelial HA receptor?1,LYVE -1 by immunohistochemical SABC methods. Results The density of lymphatic vessel in the perimeter of the adenocarcinoma tissue of rectum was much higher than in the interior (P<0. 01) ; VEGF-c expression rates in the perimeter of the adenocarcinoma tissue of rectum were significantly higher than those in the interior (P< 0. 01). VEGF-c expression rates were positive correlated with the density of lymphatic vessel;That the malposition of VEGF-C in the endothelium of lymphatic vessels in the adenocarcinoma tissue of rectum, but not in the endothelium of the blood vessels showed great diversity between them. (P < 0. 01)Conclusions VEGF-C accelerates lymphangiogenesis in a pathological state,lymphangiogenesis not only provides nutrition for tumor cells,but also creates necessary conditions for tumor metastasis.
