真皮下血管网皮瓣在乳腺癌根治术的应用(附100例报告)

目的:探讨真皮下血管网皮瓣在降低乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死方面的应用价值。方法:100例乳腺癌根治术应用真皮下血管网皮瓣,并与用传统方法实施的118例乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死情况进行对比。结果:乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死率传统方法为44%,真皮下血管网皮瓣为3%,两者有显著性差异。结论:使用真皮下血管网皮瓣改善乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣的供血,是降低皮瓣坏死的关键,且可减少创面感染和瘢痕挛缩等并发症。

The application of subdermal vascular network skin-flap in radical mastectomy for breast cancers: A report of 100 cases

Objective:To evaluate reducing the incidence rate of skin-flap necrosis after breast cancer radical mastectomy by using subdermal vascular network skin-flaps.Methods:The new methods of preventing the necrosis of skin flap were used in 100 patients with breast cancer radical mastectomy and were studied for comparison with 118 cases by traditional approaches.Results:By the new methods,necrosis incidence rate of skin flap were reduced from 44%(original) to 3%(present).Statistic analysis showed that there was an outstanding difference between them.Conclusion:Applying subdermal vascular network skin flap after the breast cancer radical mastectomy may reduce the necrosis incidence rate of skin flap,lessen complications of wound infection and cicatricial contracture.
