健康老年人骨髓细胞分类及形态学观察

对３０例健康老年人骨髓细胞分类及形态学进行了观察，结果发现健康老年人骨髓原始和各种幼稚位细胞降低，杆状和分叶核粒细胞正常；原始红细胞降低，各种幼稚红细胞增高；原始、颗粒和裸核巨核细胞正常，幼稚巨核细胞降低，产板巨核细胞增高；淋巴细胞降低；浆细胞增高；原始单核细胞正常，幼稚和单核细胞降低；巨噬细胞增高；红细胞系细胞形态学可见点彩晚幼红细胞、花瓣样晚幼红细胞、幼红细胞核分裂相和嗜碱性点彩红细胞，其它系列细胞形态正常。本文还对健康老年人骨髓细胞分类及形态学变化的原因进行了分析。

Observation of the Cell Differential Count and Cellular Morphology of Bone Marrow in the Healthy Elderly

The cell differential count and cellular morphology of bone marrow in the healthy elderly were observed. The results indicated that the number of myeloblasts,promyelocytes, myelocytes and metamyelocytes is significantly decreased and the number of band and segmented granulocytes is normal; that the number of pronormoblasts is significantly decreased, but the number of normoblasts is significantly increased; that the number of megacaryoblasts, granular and naked-nuclear megacaryocytes is normal, the number of promegacaryocytes is decreased, the number of mature megacaryocytes is increased; that the number of lymphocytes is significantly decreased; that the number of plasma cells is increased;that the number of monoblast is normal and the number of promonocytes and monocytes is significantly decreased; that the number of macrophages is increased; that the stippling orthochromatic normoblasts, normoblasts with nucleus of petal-like, mitotic figure of normoblasts and basophilic stippling erythrocytes are found; and that the morphology of other cells is normal.The cause of the above changes in bone marrow in the healthy elderly was analysed.
