| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对于上消化道出血的临床护理效果.方法 我院于2010年1月至2012年12期间收治了80例上消化道出血患者,将上述患者分为对照组和观察组两组,分别采用常规护理措施和综合护理干预措施进行护理,对两组患者的疗效进行总结分析.结果 观察组患者总治疗有效率为97.5％,远远高于对照组的85.0％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者满意度为100.0％,对照组为77.5％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 综合护理干预措施能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度、提高疾病的治疗效果,显著改善患者生活质量,具有临床推广价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention for upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 80 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Control group was given routine care,while observation group was given integrated care.Then analyzed the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The overall efficiency of observation group was 97.5％,and that of control group was 85.0％,with significantly statistical difference between two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.The degree of satisfaction in observation group was 100.0％,and that in control group was 77.5％,with significantly statistical difference between two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve patients＇ satisfaction on nursing,the clinical efficiency and patients＇ quality of life,which deserves to be promoted in clinical treatment. |
