腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者术中出血量的影响因素分析

目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者术中出血量的影响因素，从而为手术实践提供参考依据。方法选取2009年12月至2012年12月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者128例为研究对象，比较研究不同患者手术时间和术中出血量。结果（1）单发肌瘤患者的术中出血量、手术时间均显著低于多发肌瘤患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）子宫肌瘤直径小于6cm患者的术中出血量、手术时间均显著低于直径大于6cm患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（3）前、后壁肌瘤患者的术中出血量、手术时间均显著低于壁间深部肌瘤患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在临床针对子宫肌瘤患者实施腹腔镜手术的过程中，影响患者出血量主要因素包括患者子宫肌瘤数量、位置和大小。

Analysis on affecting factors of blood loss for patients with laparoscopic surgery of uterine fibroids

Objective To further investigate the influencing factors of the blood loss for patients with laparoscopic surgery of uterine fibroids, so as to provide reference for surgical practice. Methods 128 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects. The operative time and blood loss of different patients in the surgical procedures were taken for comparison and research. Results （1） The blood loss and operation time of the two indicators in the single fibroid patients were significantly lower than those of patients with multiple fibroids, and we compared between groups, there was statistical significant differences. （2） The blood loss and operative time for diameter of less than 6 cm were significantly lower than those of patients with a diameter greater than 6 cm, and after comparison, there was statistical significant difference. （3）The blood loss and operative time in the front and rear walls fibroids group of patients were significantly lower than those of patients with intramural fibroids deep, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids in the clinical implementation of laparoscopic surgery in the process, the main affected factors of blood loss are the number of uterine fibroids, location and size.
