复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗老年感染性腹泻的临床疗效观察

目的探讨复合乳酸菌胶囊对老年感染性腹泻患者的临床疗效，为临床诊疗提供参考。方法将60例老年感染性腹泻患者随机分为两组，对照组30例予以左氧氟沙星（0．2g，2次／d，口服）治疗，观察组30例应用复合乳酸菌胶囊（0．66g，3次／d，口服）治疗，观察两组患者的总有效率、不良反应率以及止泻时间。结果总有效率观察组为93．33％（28／30）、对照组为73．33％（22／30），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；不良反应率观察组6．67％（2／30），对照组3．33％（1／30）．两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；随访1、3、6、9、12个月后，患者复发情况除随访第1个月两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）外，其它时间两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复合乳酸菌胶囊可以提高老年感染性腹泻的治疗效果，降低远期复发率，值得临床借鉴。

Clinical curative observation on elderly infectious diarrhea treated by lactobacillus complex capsules

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lactobacillus complex capsules in treatment for infectious diarrhea in elderly patients, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 60 cases of infectious diarrhea in elderly patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group received levofloxacin （0.2 g, 2 times/d） treatment, the 30 cases in observation group used lactobacillus complex capsules （0.66 g, 3 times/d oral administration） treatment, two groups were observed total effective rate of adverse events and diarrhea time. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33% （28/30）, while in the control group, it was 73.33% （22/30）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; adverse response rates of observation group and control group were 6.67% （2/30） and 3.33% （1/30） respectively, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; follow-up 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 months, after the first but than patients followed up 1 month it showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant at other time points （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The lactobacillus complex capsules can improve the therapeutic effect of elderly infectious diarrhea, lower the long-term recurring rate, which is worthy of reference.
