孤立性蝶窦病变的诊治(附12例报告)

目的 探讨孤立性蝶窦病变的临床特征,提高诊断和治疗水平.方法 回顾性分析我科2003～2006年12例孤立性蝶窦病变患者的临床资料并文献复习.结果 12例患者术前均经CT或/和MRI及鼻内镜确诊.术后病理慢性蝶窦炎7例,蝶窦囊肿2例,霉菌性蝶窦炎3例.12例全部治愈.结论 CT/MRI检查和鼻内镜的应用,提高了对蝶窦病变的诊断水平,经鼻内镜手术对其治愈有显著的优越性.

Diagnosis and treatment of isolated sphenoid sinus lesions(12 case reports attatched)

Objective To explore the Clinical features of the disease of isolated sphenoid sinus and improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment. Mechods The clinical data of 12 eases suffering from isolated sphenoid sinus lesions were analyzed retrospectively and the correlated documents reviewed. Results All the 12 eases were preoperatively diagnosed by CT,MRI,and intranasal endoscopy. The postoperative pathology showed 7 eases with sphenoid sinustis, 2 eases with submueous eystis,3 eases with mycosis. All the 12 eases were cured. Conclusion CT,MRI and diagnostic nasal endoscopic procedures can greatly improve the ability of diagnosis of isolated sphenoid sinus. Nasal endoscopic surgery is a safe and effective method for the disease of isolated sinus.
