苯咪唑类药物治疗小鼠旋毛虫感染的对比观察

摘    要:本文报告应用丙硫苯咪唑、甲苯咪唑、氧苯咪唑和噻苯咪唑治疗小鼠旋毛虫感染。甲苯咪唑组和丙硫苯咪唑组成虫减少率分别为79.8%和57.5%,与对照组比较有非常显著差异,而氧苯咪唑组(43.6%)和噻苯咪唑组(21.2%)与对照组比较则无显著差异。实验结果表明甲苯咪唑和丙硫苯咪唑口服或皮下注射临床治疗旋毛虫病疗效较好;氧苯咪唑仅皮下注射对幼虫感染有效;噻苯咪唑对成虫和幼虫均未见明显效果。

TREATMENT OF EXPERIMENTAL TRICHINOSIS IN MICE BY BENZIMIDAZOLE DERIVATIVES

Abstract:This is a report of the treatment of experimentally infected murine trichinosis by albendazole (ABZ), mebendazole (MBZ), Oxibendazole (OBZ), and thiabendazole (.TBZ). Each mouse was infected with 200 larvae of Trichinella spiralis. Infected mice were treated orally or subcutaneously with these drugs after infection. Each drug -was given by the dosage of 0.2484m mol/kg/d. Mice were sacrificed and examined 3 days after treatment. The adult worm reduction rates of MBZ and ABZ given orally were 79.8% and 57.6% respectively. They were significantly different from the control-mice (.p<0.01).However,those of OBZ and TBZ were 43.6% and 21.2% respectively (p> 0.05). The larva reduction rates of MBZ and ABZ given orally were 98.6% and 69.1% respectively; while those of MBZ, ABZ, OBZ, and TBZ given by subcutaneous injection were 94.6, 99.89, 99.82 and 10.96% respectively.These experimental results suggest that MBZ and ABZ may be used clinically in the treatment of trichinosis either orally or by subcutaneous injection; while OBZ is effective only by subcutaneous injection. TBZ is ineffective.
