高效液相色谱法测定鬼臼毒素酊的含量

摘    要:目的采用高效液相色谱法测定鬼臼毒素酊中鬼臼毒素的含量。方法色谱柱为Shimpack VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(63:37),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长292nm。结果鬼臼毒素质量浓度在0.2012~0.8048μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.99993),平均回收率为99.68%,RSD=0.48%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法简便、准确、快速,可有效控制鬼臼毒素酊中鬼臼毒素的含量。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of podophyllotoxin in Podophyllotoxin Tincture.Methods The analytical column was C18 column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) and the mobile phase was methanol-water(63:37) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL /min.The UV detection wavelength was at 292 nm.Results The linearity was good for podophyllotoxin within the range of 0.201 2-0.804 8 μg /mL(r = 0.999 93),the mean recovery rate was 99.68%(RSD = 0.48%,n = 6).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which is effective to control the podophyllotoxin content in Podophyllotoxin Tincture.
