摘    要:现代图书馆的快速发展和用户对信息资源、创新知识的需求,呼唤图书馆必须实施知识管理与知识服务。本文从知识管理、知识服务的内容和特点去理解。提出了图书馆管理和服务的改革措施,与同仁们探讨。

Abstract:In recent years, modem library develops quickly,the reader urgently demands for information as well as innovative knowledge, this presses for library to put knowledge management and knowledge service in practice. This paper expounds the content and characteristic of knowledge management and knowledge service.Subsequently, some practical tactics about how to implement knowledge service and knowledge service of libraries are discussed.
